Meet the Coach

Coach Bobby Hallback

Bobby Hallback brings nearly two decades of experience at the intersection of athletics and mental performance. He earned his B.S. in Sports Management from Webber International University in 2005, then went on to complete his Master's degree in Applied Psychology with a concentrated focus in sports, giving him a strong foundation in both the competitive and psychological sides of athletic development.

Over the course of his career, Bobby has spent 12 years coaching high school football and basketball teams, working with a wide range of athletes and helping them grow both on and off the field. His coaching impact extends to the collegiate level, where he successfully recruited 6 football players to Division 1 and Division 2 programs. In addition to his high school coaching work, he spent 5 years coaching and managing traveling basketball teams, further deepening his understanding of what it takes for athletes to perform under pressure in high-stakes, competitive environments.

Beyond the X's and O's, Bobby's true passion lies in the mental game. Over a 12-year period, he has personally counseled and trained 280 athletes, helping them build the mental resilience, focus, and confidence needed to excel in their sport and in life. This unique blend of hands-on coaching experience and formal training in applied sports psychology allows Bobby to connect with athletes, parents, and coaches on a deeper level — bridging the gap between physical performance and mental strength
